The dealer will need to replace the CIM (Column Integration Module) or TWICE (Theft Warning Integrated Central Electronics) in accordance with the model, as well as the key itself. Furthermore, it will need to be programmed to work with the new module. The key that is claimed to be new from the aftermarket is typically not properly programmed and will not be programmed correctly when you need of them.
